How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart on ewt.qa and check out. You can also order on WhatsApp at +974 5024 7289. Send us the product names and your delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Express Delivery arrives within 90 minutes inside Doha (9 AMβ9 PM). Orders placed after 9 PM arrive from 9 AM the next working day, or from 2 PM on Fridays. Outside Doha it can take longer, and we'll message you with your delivery time.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is QAR 20, and free on orders of QAR 150 and above.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All areas of Doha, including West Bay, The Pearl, Lusail, Al Sadd, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra and Madinat Khalifa. We deliver outside Doha too. It can take longer than 90 minutes, and we'll message you with the time.
How can I pay?
Cash or card on delivery, or online via Fawran to CR No. 116780 using your order number as the reference.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Photograph it and message us on WhatsApp. We'll collect it free of charge and replace or refund it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, any time before it leaves our warehouse. Message us with your order number.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. All EWT products are genuine and sourced from authorised suppliers. EWT is a licensed Qatar business, CR No. 116780.
Do you have a physical store?
We're an online delivery service operating from our warehouse in Doha. We don't have a walk-in showroom.
What are your hours?
Saturday to Thursday: 9 AMβ11 PM
Friday: 2 PMβ11 PM
