How do I place an order?

Browse our products at ewt.qa, click the green "Order via WhatsApp" button on any product, and send the pre-filled message to our WhatsApp. Add your delivery address and we confirm within 5 minutes.

How long does delivery take?

45–60 minutes across Doha after your order is confirmed. Some distant areas may take slightly longer.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all areas across Doha including West Bay, The Pearl, Al Sadd, Lusail, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Madinat Khalifa, Al Waab, Old Airport, Al Mansoura and all surrounding areas.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is completely FREE on all orders. No minimum order value.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently cash on delivery only. Pay the rider when your order arrives. No card or online payment required.

Can I order multiple products?

Yes. Add all products to your cart and use the WhatsApp cart checkout to send your full order in one message.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Photograph it immediately and WhatsApp us at +974 50247289 before accepting the delivery. We will replace it at no cost.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. See our full exchange policy at ewt.qa/pages/return-exchange-policy.

Do you have a physical store?

We operate as an online delivery service from our warehouse in Doha. We do not have a walk-in retail store at this time.

What are your operating hours?

Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Friday: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM

I sent a WhatsApp message but got no reply. What should I do?

We respond within 5 minutes during operating hours. If you message outside operating hours, we will reply as soon as we open. For urgent matters call +974 50247289.
