You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange an item.

Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Item

Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video
We collect it free of charge in Doha
You get a replacement, or a full refund if you prefer or none is available

Changed Your Mind

Return within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories
Drop it off with us, or we collect it for QAR 10 (free for orders of QAR 150 and above)
The original delivery fee is not refunded

Items We Can't Take Back

Unless faulty or sent in error: in-ear earphones and earbuds once the hygiene seal is opened, opened personal care products, items damaged by misuse, items with removed serial or warranty stickers, and gift cards.

Refunds

We inspect returns within 2 business days and pay approved refunds within 5 business days. Fawran payments go back to the account they came from. Cash or card-on-delivery payments are refunded by bank transfer or Fawran, or as store credit if you prefer.
