At EWT Qatar we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we make it right.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 24 hours of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received is different from what was ordered
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong size or variant received
How to Request an Exchange
- WhatsApp us at +974 50247289 within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Send a photo of the product and describe the issue
- We will arrange a rider to collect the item and deliver the replacement
- Exchange delivery is free of charge
Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing packaging are not eligible for exchange
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened
- Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
- Products with removed or damaged serial number stickers
Refund Policy
We currently offer exchanges rather than cash refunds. If the exact replacement product is not available, we will offer store credit or an alternative product of equal value.
Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us on WhatsApp before accepting the delivery. We will replace it at no additional cost.
