EWT delivers across Doha and Qatar with our own riders.
Delivery options
Express Delivery (inside Doha)
Within 90 minutes, 9 AM–9 PM. QAR 20, or free on orders of QAR 150 and above.
- Express orders placed after 9 PM are delivered from 9 AM the next working day (2 PM on Fridays).
- Delivery times start once your order is confirmed. Very busy periods, bad weather or remote areas can occasionally add time. If that happens, we’ll message you.
Where we deliver
All areas of Doha, including West Bay, The Pearl, Lusail, Al Sadd, Al Waab, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Madinat Khalifa, Al Gharafa, Old Airport and the Industrial Area. For areas Outside Doha, delivery can take longer than 90 minutes, and we’ll message you with your delivery time. We only deliver within Qatar.
Payment
- Cash or card on delivery: pay the rider when your order arrives.
- Online payment via Fawran to CR No. 116780, using your order number as the reference. Fawran orders are dispatched once the transfer is received.
Tracking your order
You’ll get an order confirmation straight away. When your order is on its way, we’ll message you with updates, and you can reach us on WhatsApp at any time.
When you receive your order
Please check your items when they arrive. If anything is damaged or missing, photograph it and tell the rider or message us. See our Refund Policy for returns.

Saturday to Thursday: 9 AM–11 PM
Friday: 2 PM–11 PM
